Daxtin’s journey began at his 1 year old well baby check up.  The pediatrician noticed an enlarged spleen and ordered some labs. Daxtin’s white blood cell count was over 68,000 (the normal range is 6,000-17,000 for a toddler).  Daxtin was diagnosed with leukemia at Arkansas Children's Northwest in November, 2018.
