Scout was diagnosed with HLH when she was only 1 1/2 years old.  She had a  persistent fever that lasted 3 weeks which progressively got higher with the highest being 105.4.  She also stopped eating and drinking.  Now Scout's family monitors her fevers very closely and has a protocol to know when a fever needs to be addressed in the ER.

Some of Scout's favorite things include beef Ramen, ice cream, singing, legos, tumbling, and cheer.  Scout's favorite sports team is the Sooners, and she wants to be a music teacher when she grows up.
