The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Presents
VISIONARIES OF THE YEAR
Visionaries of the Year is a philanthropic competition for leaders in local communities across the United States. Candidates and their team members raise funds for LLS in honor of local blood cancer survivors, our Honored Heroes. The title "Visionary of the Year" is awarded to the candidate whose team raises the most funds within their local community. The top Visionaries of the Year candidate in the country is awarded with the national title. As part of their journey, candidates and their teams will also choose a pillar of LLS’s mission – Research, Patient Education & Support, or Advocacy - to champion on as they raise money.
In 2024, 8 motivated candidates and their dedicated team members raised an astounding $665,136.47 in just 10 WEEKS through fundraising for LLS' cutting-edge blood cancer research and patient services. CONGRATULATIONS to our 2024 Pittsburgh Visionaries of the Year participants on such an incredible impact!
